Information on this website
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but course availability, entry requirements, fees, intakes, provider details, scholarships and other information can change. Confirm material information directly with the relevant education provider before making a decision or payment.
GSS Education provides education counselling, course and provider comparisons, and assistance with course applications and enrolments. We are not a registered migration agent or law practice. Nothing on this website is immigration assistance, visa advice, legal advice, financial advice or a guarantee of a visa outcome, admission, enrolment, scholarship, employment outcome or course availability.
Fees and commissions
Standard education counselling is generally provided at no cost to students. GSS may receive a commission from an education provider when a student enrols. Fees for any additional service will be explained to you before you agree to that service. Any payment, refund, cancellation or service-specific terms will be provided separately before payment is taken.
Third-party services
Where we introduce or refer you to accommodation, transport, insurance, translation or other third-party services, those providers are responsible for their own services and terms. We will tell you when a service is provided by a third party. You should review the relevant provider’s terms, product information and privacy policy before proceeding.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes. Unless stated otherwise, website content belongs to GSS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GSS does not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
